NOTE: This camp has already happened, but there are plans to offer a 5th annual Aim High Basketball Camp in 2010! The Aim High Basketball Camp of 2009 drew approximately 100 students, used 30 adult leaders/volunteers, and featured 37 students making first time commitments to Jesus Christ with many more making recommitments. Students heard from guest speakers Coach Wilson (V Boys @ Heritage H.S. & former player at Kent State), Coach Jackson (V Football @ Arthur Hill H.S. and former player at Eastern Michigan), Coach Daryl Reed (J.H. Boys @ NSCA and former All-Conference player at SW Missouri State), Officer Matta & Officer Winger, Coach Gonzales (A.V. Boys @ Arthur Hill H.S.), Emmanuel Southern (current player at Northwood U.), and Josh Southern (current player at Boston College).

Family Youth Innitiative Drug Free Coalition Support and Ames Church are sponsoring the fourth annual "Aim High Basketball Camp" at Ames UMC from 6 to 8:30 p.m., June 15-18.  Ames is located at 801 State St, Saginaw, MI. 48602.  THE COST OF THE CAMP IS FREE!

In order to attend, each student must complete the application form with a parent or legal guardian.   You can either contact Ames UMC to get a copy of the application form, or you can print it from the link to the left.
